Holistic Daily Schedule:
9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Time Activity
9:00 – 9:45 AM Optional Morning Walk: A peaceful walk over the adjacent downs, fostering mindfulness, connection with nature, and gentle physical activity. Children who wish to miss the walk may arrive later, joining the program at 9:45 AM.
9:45 – 10:15 AM Morning Circle: Songs, verses, and seasonal storytelling to set the tone for the day, followed by movement-based activities that build rhythm, social connections, and teamwork.
10:15 – 11:15 AM Core Learning Session: Personalized academic instruction tailored to each child’s needs, focusing on subjects such as Maths, English, or Science. This session balances individual work.
11:15 – 11:45 AM Snack Preparation and Break: Children help prepare a healthy snack, such as baking bread rolls, assembling fruit platters, or making smoothies, fostering practical life skills and teamwork.
11:45 AM – 12:30 PM Creative and Practical Skills: Hands-on activities like sewing, knitting, weaving, or seasonal crafts. Children alternate between individual projects and team-based creative tasks, such as group art or collaborative crafts.
12:30 – 1:15 PM Physical Activity or Gardening: Outdoor Play: This time allows children to develop gross motor skills, explore nature, and engage in imaginative play or engage gardening activities like planting seeds, watering plants, or harvesting vegetables.
1:15 – 1:30 PM Closing Circle: Reflect on the day’s activities, share highlights, and preview what’s coming next. The session ends with a calming mindfulness practice, fostering a sense of community and closure.
To meet the individual needs of each child, we offer flexible scheduling:
2-Hour Slot: Ideal for younger children or focused engagement.
3-Hour Slot: Provides more time for learning and activities.
Full Day (9:00 AM – 1:30 PM): A comprehensive experience covering all aspects of our program.
Note: Children under 8 years old may only attend the 2-hour slot. The program is designed for children aged 7 to 11.

- Team activity: Create and pitch a business idea.

Science
- Hands-on experiments exploring biology, chemistry, or physics principles (e.g., growing plants, testing materials).
- Collaborative group art or science-themed projects.
Friday
Physical Fitness and Practical Life Skills
- Boot camp, running games, or yoga.
- Gardening: Planting, harvesting, or composting.
- Cooking and baking: Preparing a healthy snack or meal.
- Housekeeping tasks to develop practical independence.

2. 2-Hour Slot (Under 8s Only)
Price Range: £20–£25 per session
Focused on engaging younger children with creative, physical, or foundational academic activities.
3. 3-Hour Slot
Price Range: £30–£40 per session
Provides a balance of core learning, creative tasks, and physical engagement, comparable to a half-day program in Steiner settings.
4. The Drop ins
If you prefer a flexible schedule, you can opt for drop-in sessions and pay the full price per session.
